Hey guys, we’re finally doing the thing and launching a Patreon! A lot of people who missed the KS have asked us how they can support our continued posting of animated videos on the internet, to which I said “Really. Are you sure. I mean okay but really are you sure”.
After mulling it over for a long time, we’ve decided to open a Patreon for fans who want to support us, interact with us more, learn from us, and just for folks who like our work and want some more of it. It’s awesome if you subscribe! But don’t worry if you can’t! FUGGEDABOUTIT.
The real secret here is actually less the Patreon, and more a project we have already been working on for about a year on the side. After Baman Piderman finishes it’s final episodes this year, we’ve decided to embark on the tenuous road of making an independent full-length animated feature film.
If that sounds crazy to you, you are incredibly correct. We’re going to do it anyway, however, and Patreon is actually a really cool way you can help. It’s going to rule! And take, like, a couple years. Oh god. But we’re really excited to make it, along with lots of other fun shorts. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 8 years making Baman Piderman, and all the other mildly unnerving pieces of animated art we’ve made, either financially or just sharing with a pal. We’ve never advertised anywhere, and have been able to continue working together to make good things simply because of all of you, and we’re both incredibly grateful for the amazing opportunities you’ve given us to work together, here in our home studio with our cat that is currently biting my leg. (He is the production assistant in charge of biting)
